Mission Oaks includes the architectural design of a 7.4 acre mixed-use center occupied by a 16-screen movie theater. Along with the renovation of the theater’s exterior, a 3-story, 50,000 square foot professional office building and 15,000 square feet of inline shops/ restaurants and a restaurant pad building were added.
