Red Hill Design Studios combined two separate condominium units into a single, 9,600 square foot studio office space providing separate office areas for four tenants and shared reception, conference, library, kitchen and support common areas. The project celebrated the existing, twenty foot high open roof structure and utilized an indirect lighting system which reflected off the high ceiling.
